Welcome to my, Layna Elizabeth's, blog.
I'm a happy, smiley baby girl, who is running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I haven't stopped moving since I started walking. Hence the thinning of my legs ! No more super chunky legs for me ! I get into everything and go everywhere. I listen to Mommy but sometimes I just want to do what I want. I am a determined girl, which is why I was a early developer in my gross and motor skills.
I am silly and love attention. I love making faces, sounds, and being silly. I like to dance and sing... maybe I will be famous one day ! My mommy and daddy always know how to make me laugh, and I can always put a smile on their faces just as easily.
Playtime is my favorite whether it is reading, watching tv, getting some fresh air outside, swinging. I like to scribble with pens and pencils; I'm not a fan of crayons. I love being in the water; doesn't matter which kind - lake, ocean, pool, shower, or bath - it's all fun ! I find snow rather yummy. I have a sweet tooth, especially for chocolate and ice cream. Sometimes I can be a picky eater, but I love fruit and my veggies ! Dressing up is fun, but I don't do it often.
I can be a sweet girl, resting my head on your shoulder, but when I want something I will definitely let you know. I can be pretty stubborn, which is why Mommy just slept-trained me... successfully after a year of trying. I enjoyed falling asleep with Mommy and Daddy, but I like having my own bed (crib) now. After all, I am a big girl now !
Well, a whole year went by ! I went from being a sweet bundle of joy to a toddler full of personality and smiles ! Let's see what this year brings !!
(Mommy tries to update the blog atleast once a week, but our life gets a little busy sometimes. So, don't hesitate to see what's been going on because I am growing and changing fast !!)
